Our achievements

Here are some of our achievements:

• Sizing, starting up, qualification of a large scale Downstream Processing area (100 Kg/year per process) including buffer preparation and storage, purification area, freeze drying equipment.

 

• Technology transfer of various biotech process, including viral inactivation, protein production (USP and DSP) for vaccines or as therapeutic proteins

• Design of a pilot biotech building (user requirement and concept design)

• Production cost cutting for 2 products (about 40%) and engineering value exercise (20 % reduction)

• Processes development (USP and DSP) up to phase III or production, including recombinant vaccines or plasmatic proteins

• Development and production of diagnostics, including ELISA kits for toxoplasmosis or various biochemical kits.
