Biotech Consulting is a consulting company fully dedicated to the biotech industry and related fields. It has been established in October 2005 by François LAWNY, born in 1949, a former senior industry executive, with more than 20 years experience at director level in most of the biotech and related fields: pharmaceutical industry (recombinant proteins), diagnostics, blood components, research, development, production and strategy guidance.
Key achievements are :

1. large scale GMP production (>100 kg/year) of 2 recombinant  proteins
2. concept design and engineering review of a large scale facility for Downstream Processing and buffer preparation
3. Process development of 5 recombinant proteins, from MCB to final bulk
4. Process development for coagulation factor VIII, factor IX, albumin, fibronectin...
5. Process dévelopment for PDGF, TGF B, CTAP III....
6. Diagnostic kits for Syphillis, toxoplasmose and most of clinical chemistry parameters
7. Design of affinity based chromatographic columns.
